To send multiple packs to an individual, go into your Shipments tab and find the contact you want to send swag to. Hit the Send Swag button in that row and then click "edit shipment" on the next screen.

By clicking "edit shipment," a side screen will appear so that you can select the number of packs that you'd like to send. You'll also see options to expedite your shipment.
