However, there are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to carrier restrictions (We typically work with FedEx and UPS). You can find that list of countries below:

Items to avoid: Plants, Alcohol, Food, Liquid, More than 2 items in a single shipment with batteries. Please confirm that your international swag packs do not contain any items that violate international shipment policies. For reference, you can check USPS for a general list of restricted items and more information.

Valid Contact Number and Email
Please be sure to provide a valid and working phone and email for the receiver. Incorrect and/or missing information can lead delays and has a higher risk of packages becoming lost/abandoned during transit.
Note: We strongly encourage double checking all recipient information as charges incurred for incorrect addresses/address corrections are $17.00 per package. Return shipments range from $50-$150 depending on the country and import rates.
Shipments to Germany
The identification number of the importer is mandatory and is required for every formal customs declaration. Identification Number (EORI number, German customs number). The EORI number will also be required not only for an importer of record but also for the consignee of the shipment if the goods were ordered directly by the consignee from a shipper in a non EU country or territory. Individual packs can clear customs without the information above, however, it’s at the discretion of the customs agent. EORI/Tax Number preferred for all shipments and required for bulk shipments/office shipments.
Shipments to Brazil
All shipments, including document and non-document shipments, must have the consignee's tax ID number written in 2B of the waybill and on the invoice. Non-compliance will result in customs holding the shipment until the number is received, and therefore result in delays. The tax ID number is:
o Companies - General Taxpayer Register (CNPJ)
o Individuals - Individual Taxpayer Identity Card (CPF).
o Please note that Brazil is not eligible for Paperless Invoice
Shipments to Belarus
All non documents shipped to both companies and private persons regardless to value with be held at the MSQ airport and must go through individual clearance in accordance with BY customs legislation. Consignee is allowed to self clear (complete customs clearance) themselves or assign a broker for clearance services
Shipments to China
Anything to a personal address (residential) in China has requirements where the consignee has to provide ID #, proof of purchase etc.
