Every year during the holiday, US shipping carriers increase their shipping rates. As a result of these price increases, SwagUp is required to adjust our shipping and fulfillment fees accordingly. While we expect some of these rates to be temporary, they will impact most SwagUp shipments during the 2021 peak holiday season:
Starting from October 15, a USD $3.00 shipping surcharge will be applied to all pack orders shipped within the US.
What does it mean for my shipments?
A shipping surcharge of USD $3.00 will be applied to all of your US destination pack orders.
The surcharge is applied per pack, not per order (e.g., it is a USD $3.00 surcharge if you ship one pack, a USD $6.00 surcharge if you ship two, a USD $9.00 surcharge if you ship three, and so on).
You will see the surcharge automatically added to base shipping costs on the order details page.
Please work with your sales representative to purchase the necessary shipping credits to cover this surcharge.

Given the current supply constraints due to COVID-19 and the high demand for peak holiday season shipping, we ask that customers be aware of longer than usual transit times. This means packages may experience shipping network delays that are out of our control. Please plan ahead for the busy holiday period.
