Set up this Zap to keep your team informed about new contacts in SwagUp by automatically sending a message to a designated Slack channel whenever a new contact is created. With this integration, you can streamline your communication and ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to your swag fulfillment process.
1. Click on Try this template
2. Click on Open step
3. Click on Account to link your SwagUp account.
4. Click on Choose and select the account you'd like to connect.
5. Click on Continue
6. Click on Test trigger
7. Click on Continue with selected record
8. Select the Action and click on Choose to select the Slack account you'd like to connect.
9. Click on Continue
10. Select the Slack Channel you'd like to send messages to.
11. Type in whatever messaging you'd like to show each time the trigger action takes place.
12. Add any contact feilds you'd like to show in the message.
13. Click on Continue
14. Click on Test action
15. Once the test is successful, click Publish to begin utalizing your new Zap.
