1. Collection Source Article Audit

  • Can I get help with design?: Free design assistance and digital mockups are included with every order; SwagUp provides templates upon request for DIY self-designing.

  • How do I submit artwork for mockups?: Submit files via the Products tab in the dashboard or via the Get Started form prior to account creation.

  • Where can I print on t-shirts?: Standard print locations include Center Chest, Left Chest, Full Front, Full Back, Left/Right Sleeves, and Upper Back/Yoke.

  • What is needed to place an order?: Active account, vector logo, Pantone PMS colors, recipient address details, and apparel sizing distribution.

  • What should I have ready to fast track my swag?: Vector logo (.AI/.EPS/.PDF), Pantone PMS Coated colors, apparel sizing breakdown, and 2-sided insert card copy.

  • Insert Cards: Digitally printed in-house, 2-sided; requires uniform messaging across all packs in a batch (no individual recipient customization).

  • Does SwagUp offer partnerships?: Yes, accepts partnership opportunities (SyncUp With SwagUp podcast, blog features, co-marketing, BDA network) via marketing@swagup.com.

2. Design, Artwork & Proofing Workflows

  • Design Assistance & In-House Support: SwagUp provides free artwork design, file adjustments, and digital mockups with every order to ensure high-quality production.

  • Artwork Submission Process: Log into the SwagUp dashboard, navigate to the Products tab, select 'View Mock-ups', and upload files or submit design instructions in the 'Request Changes' tab.

  • Vector Format Requirement: Submissions must use high-resolution vector files (.AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF) with outlined fonts to avoid production delays and image degradation.

  • Pantone Color Matching: Supply Pantone Coated (PMS C) color codes (e.g., 213 C) for exact color accuracy. Color matching assistance and conversion links are provided for non-PMS colors.

  • Apparel Print Placements: Standard t-shirt decoration locations include Center Chest, Left Chest, Full Front, Full Back, Left Sleeve, Right Sleeve, and Upper Back / Yoke.

NEEDED: Vector Artwork & Pantone PMS C Codes

Non-vector files (.PNG, .JPG) degrade print quality and cause production delays. Always upload vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) with outlined text fonts and Pantone Coated (PMS C) codes.

3. Order Readiness, Fast-Tracking & Warehousing

  • Order Readiness Checklist: To finalize an order, prepare vector logos, PMS color codes, apparel size breakdown (or Redeem Page setup), and recipient shipping addresses (First/Last Name, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, Country).

  • Fast-Tracking Checklist: Pre-assemble vector artwork, PMS codes, sizing counts, and 2-sided insert card copy prior to mockup approval to ensure immediate transition to production.

  • Sizing Defaults: If individual sizes are unknown, choose: (1) uniform sizing across all packs, (2) standard distribution ratio (10% Small, 23% Medium, 34% Large, 23% X-Large, 10% 2X-Large), or (3) collect sizes via a Redeem Page.

  • Production & Turnaround Timelines: Average production time is ~4 weeks. Domestic dropshipping takes 3–5 business days ($16/address); International dropshipping takes 7–10 business days ($45/address; $55 for premium zones).

  • Warehousing & Storage Fees: Pack storage is available at $5 per pack for 6 months. Individual item recurring 6-month storage rates: Small items ($0.25/item), Medium items ($1.00/item), Large items ($3.00/item).

IMPORTANT: Production Clock Start Rule

The ~4-week production clock begins strictly AFTER payment is received, mockups are approved, and all apparel sizes are fully submitted.

4. Insert Cards & Partnerships

  • Insert Card Specifications: Insert cards are printed in-house (2-sided). Custom design/copy for both front and back sides must be provided in the dashboard 'Request Changes' tab.

  • Insert Card Constraints: Insert cards are intended for generalized, uniform batch messaging (e.g., welcome notes, QR codes). Dynamic, recipient-specific personalized text per card is not supported.

  • Partnership Inquiries: SwagUp accepts partnerships including podcast features (SyncUp With SwagUp), blog spotlights, co-marketing campaigns, and BDA network opportunities. Contact marketing@swagup.com

TIP: Uniform Insert Card Requirement

Insert cards require uniform artwork across all packs in an order batch. Individualized note printing per recipient is not available.
