How to Create a Collection Redeem Page: Navigate to Redeem > Create Redeem Page > select 'Collection'. Enter a page name, pick items to offer, and customize branding. Collection pages gather contact details BEFORE inventory is physically available at the warehouse.
How to Edit a Redeem Page: In the Redeem Tab, select the active page, click 'Edit', and update item offerings, sizing, brand logos, or copy as needed.
How to Disable a Redeem Page: Toggle the status switch from 'Active' to 'Disabled' in the Redeem Tab to immediately block further form submissions.
Can I Select My Redeem Page Content and Design: Yes. Upload custom logos, customize page titles/descriptions, choose display colors, select specific swag items, and configure password protection or domain restrictions.
How Soon Should I Send a Redeem Link to Recipients: Send links when ready to collect data. For automatic shipping workflows, hold off until inventory reaches in-stock status at the warehouse.
Redeem Page Validations (Unique URLs): Each page generates a unique URL that can be restricted to specific email domains or single-use tokens to prevent duplicate claims.

Collection Redeem Pages gather contact and address data only. They do NOT queue or execute automatic shipments upon form submission.

What is Autoship: An automated fulfillment setting on Redeem Pages that automatically triggers immediate warehouse picking and shipping as soon as a recipient completes the form.
Autoship FAQs: Autoship is a free feature included in the dashboard. When enabled, orders auto-generate in the Shipments tab without requiring manual review.
Do I Need Inventory for Redeem Pages to Ship Swag Automatically: YES. In-stock warehouse inventory is strictly required. Autoship cannot trigger if inventory levels are zero or still in 'Pending Production'.
WARNING: Inventory Lock for Autoship
Autoship requires physical inventory checked into the warehouse. If stock is empty or in production, automatic fulfillment will fail or remain paused.

SwagUp Shops FAQ: Self-service online storefronts allowing teams, clients, or community members to browse, select, and purchase swag directly.
How Can I Get Support for My SwagUp Shop: Store creators enter a dedicated support email in the 'Settings' tab of their shop. This contact email is displayed directly to shoppers on the storefront for customer service inquiries.
Can My Shop Customers Pre-Order Items: NO. SwagUp Shops operate strictly on available physical inventory. True pre-ordering for unproduced or out-of-stock items is not supported unless specifically configured with compatible active SKU schedules.
