We understand that sometimes things happen and you need to cancel a shipment. We've made it easy to cancel shipments through SalesForce.
Step one: Navigate to "SwagUp Shipments"
Step two: Click the drop down towards the right of the order you would like to cancel
Step three: Click the "cancel" option
Step four: A new window will open up and you will want to click "yes" to confirm the cancellation
