As you may know, the situation in the Middle East has escalated to a point that has begun to affect air and ground transport into and around the area. As a result flights, both commercial and delivery, are seeing cancellations and delays across the board. This can be expected to continue for an indeterminate amount of time, as the situation is fluid at the moment. Additionally, in the interest of safety abroad, it is very likely we see an uptick in the number of packages inspected by customs and the amount of time it might take for shipments to clear.
Please be aware that due to the ongoing conflict there are almost certain to be delays with international shipments, and that we can assure we are doing everything in our power to minimize the impact on our services in any way that we can. We appreciate all of your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
