The SwagUp x Shopify integration has never been easier to use! Now you can utilize your Shopify orders directly from the SwagUp platform!
You might have noticed that the SwagUp app on Shopify is no longer supported on Shopify. We’ve made some big changes to simplify and streamline the SwagUp x Shopify integration.
You’ll need to perform a couple of actions to take advantage of the new SwagUp connection.
Deactivating the SwagUp App on Shopify
First, verify that all orders in your Shopify store are in a “fulfilled” status. If they are not in a fulfilled status they will process in the SwagUp platform. You’ll do this by logging into your Shopify account and navigating to the “Orders” link.
Log into your Shopify admin account and navigate to “Apps” in the menu on the left.
From there, you’ll need to find and uninstall the SwagUp App.
Adjusting your Shopify Settings
You no longer need to specify that orders be automatically fulfilled in Shopify since the SwagUp integration does all the work on our platform. Here’s how to get set up:
Log into your Shopify Account and navigate to “Settings”
Click “Checkout”
Navigate to “order processing” and make sure that it reflects the setting shown:
Your other “Checkout” settings need to reflect the following selections:
