What is the Premium Delivery Zone?

The Premium Delivery Zone is a group of countries where shipping costs are higher due to carrier rates, distance, and regional logistics conditions.

To account for these increased costs, shipments to these countries follow a different flat-rate pricing structure when sending individual packs. Currently, the Premium Delivery Zone flat-rate is $10 more than the standard international rate.

When does Premium Delivery Zone pricing apply?

Premium Delivery Zone pricing applies only when sending individual packs internationally to countries within this zone.

  • Applies to: Single pack shipments

  • Does not apply to: Bulk shipments

How is pricing calculated?

Individual Packs

Shipments to Premium Delivery Zone countries are charged at a higher flat rate than standard international destinations.

This ensures we can continue to provide reliable delivery to regions where carrier costs are significantly higher.

Bulk Shipments

Bulk shipments are not affected by Premium Delivery Zone pricing.

Instead, they are priced based on:

  • Shipment size

  • Weight

  • Destination

Any applicable membership discounts still apply.

Which countries are included?

The Premium Delivery Zone includes countries where shipping costs are consistently higher due to carrier pricing and logistics constraints. Currently, the list of countries included in the Premium Delivery Zone is:

Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Costa Rica, Egypt, India, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka.

Why do some countries cost more to ship to?

Shipping costs can vary significantly depending on destination. Some of the key factors include:

  • Carrier pricing and fuel costs

  • Distance and transit routes

  • Customs processes and import requirements

  • Regional infrastructure and delivery constraints

Major carriers (like UPS, FedEx, and others) often apply higher rates or surcharges for these regions, which impacts overall shipping costs.

Is this pricing permanent?

Premium Delivery Zone pricing may change over time as carrier rates and global shipping conditions evolve.

We regularly review shipping costs and will adjust pricing as needed to reflect current conditions.
