📦 1. Storing Your Swag
If you store inventory in our warehouse prior to shipping, costs are assessed based on whether you are storing assembled custom swag packs or individual bulk items.
Storage fees are recurring and billed every 6 months based on your remaining inventory balance:

📐 How Storage is Calculated:
Total Storage Fee = (Quantity of Remaining Items or Packs) × (Per-Item Storage Rate)
🚚 2. Shipping Your Swag
You can manage all domestic and international shipments directly within the SwagUp Platform. Whether sending single onboarding packs to new hires or shipping bulk supplies to event venues, you can input single contact entries or upload a bulk CSV.

🛠️ 3. Packing Adjustments (Repacking)
If plans change and you need to adjust assembled packs in inventory, our warehouse team can modify your items (adding, removing, or swapping items).
• SwagUp Members: $5.00 per pack
• Non-Members: $10.00 per pack
