1. Account Navigation & Platform Login

• Login to the Platform: Sign in directly at app.swagup.com using your credentials. First-time users joining an existing company account must accept their email invitation link to establish login security.

• Navigate Through SwagUp Platform (New Look): The updated platform layout organizes workflows across central tabs: Dashboard (overview), Orders (active/past builds), Shipments (tracking & batching), Inventory (warehoused goods), Contacts (recipient book), and My Designs (saved artwork).

• Managing Account Through the Dashboard: Update user profile details, company branding defaults, and administrative notification settings directly under Account Settings in the left sidebar navigation.

🟡 ACTION REQUIRED: Admin Access Audits

Because all account administrators share ordering, contact management, and billing access, conduct quarterly audits under Account Settings to remove permissions for former team members.

2. General Onboarding & Fast-Track Readiness

• What is Needed to Place an Order: To submit a new order, you must provide item selections (or pack specs), target quantities, high-resolution branding assets, and target delivery dates.

• What to Have Ready to Fast-Track Your Swag: Consolidate vector logo files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG with outlined fonts), exact Pantone/HEX colors, and your recipient address spreadsheet before requesting mockups.

• Order Timelines & Planning: Standard production cycles run 3–4 weeks from artwork proof approval, plus carrier transit time. Factor this window in before setting event in-hands dates.

🟢 GOOD TO KNOW: Fast-Tracking Orders

Having print-ready vector files and complete address CSVs prepared prior to starting an order request reduces mockup approval and production start times by up to 48 hours.

3. Discounts & Platform Policies

• Non-Profit Discounts: Registered 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible for non-profit pricing discounts. Submit tax-exemption verification to Customer Care prior to order finalization.

• Returns & Refund Eligibility: Report claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery via care@swagup.com or live chat for credit or replacement evaluation.

• Shipping Policies & Return Fees: Failed or refused deliveries returned to the warehouse incur return postage charges on the customer account before restocking.

🔴 WARNING: Post-Approval Lock Policy

Due to custom manufacturing, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once digital artwork mockups are officially approved for physical production.
