Salesforce is a leading enterprise customer relationship manager (CRM) application. By integrating Salesforce with SwagUp via Zapier, you can also set up a Zapier so that a delivered swag shipment triggers a marketing campaign (or vice versa). You can also automate your shipments every time you onboard a new client.

Zapier Resources:

Awesome, now you are able to get set up…but how does it work exactly?

In this scenario, you want to send an insert card to every new contact added to your Salesforce account.


1. Start in your Zapier "My Zaps" folder

You'll need a Zapier account before you can begin setting this Zap up

2. Click on "Create Zap"

4. Next we need to set up the trigger event.

Remember, the trigger will lead to the action (sending swag)

Zapier wants to make sure that it is pulling the correct information from the correct account.

13. Next, Zapier will prompt you to create the action portion of your Zap.

17. Zapier needs to connect to your SwagUp account to be able to pull your inventory options. Click on "choose an account" to designate your SwagUp account

19. At this point, you'll be asked to match the designated fields so that the pack can be sent.

These fields are pulled from Salesforce and then matched to SwagUp's contact fields
