If you would like to have swag shipped automatically, you need to have inventory available in your SwagUp Dashboard. You can check your current inventory in the Inventory tab of your Dashboard.
What happens if you share a redeem page link before there is inventory?
Information will be sent to the SwagUp Dashboard but a shipment will not be created. If you are only looking to collect information at this time, then you may share the redeem page link with recipients at any time. You can then later bulk-upload contacts and manually trigger shipments yourself through the Dashboard.
