If you are wanting to send a generalized message to your recipients, insert cards are the way to go! We source our insert cards through Moo and there are a ton of options.

Here's how to customize an insert card!

Simply choose the insert card in the catalog and use the notes section and the file attachment sections to customize it! Have a generic QR code that you want to include? Upload a vector file of the QR code to the attachments section.

FAQs

Can SwagUp offer personalized, handwritten notes?

No, unfortunately.

SwagUp insert cards must contain pre-determined messages. The message will have to be selected before purchasing. We do not offer handwritten notes on demand or that are customized per order.

Will my insert cards appear exactly like the mockup on screen?

We understand wanting to make sure that your insert cards are on brand and SwagUp works diligently to make sure that your message is exactly what you want and that the alignment of images and text matches the mockups you receive.

Because these cards are digitally printed, coloration may be slightly less vibrant than what you see on a lit-up screen. SwagUp typically uses "Pantone" colors to get accurate color saturation on screen-printed and embroidered artwork, but digitally printed items (ie. insert cards) require CYMK colors. This transition is not a direct one-to-one comparison and variation is to be expected.

Here are some examples of what to expect:
