However, there are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to carrier restrictions. You can find that list of countries below:

Restricted Countries

Russia, Ascension Islands, Andorra, Antarctica, Belize, Coco Islands, Central African Republic, Cook Islands, Cuba, Christmas Island, Western Sahara, Falkland Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Faroe Islands, French Guiana, Greenland, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands, British Indies Chagos, Islamic Republic of Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Libya, Marshall Islands, Midway, Maldives, Norfolk Island, Nauru, Niue, Caroline Islands, Papua New Guinea, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Pitcairn, Palau, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Saint Helena, Somalia, Sao Tome and Principe, Syrian Arab Republic, French Southern Territories, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Timor Leste, Turkmenistan, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Wallis and Futuna, Wake Island, Yemen, Mayotte, South Sudan, and Belarus.

Countries where recipient must pay duties/taxes: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cambodia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Gibraltar, Kyrgyzstan, Lao, People's Democratic Republic, Mayotte, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tunisia, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands, Wallis and Futuna

Restricted Items (full list below): Plants, Alcohol, Food, Liquid, More than 2 items in a single shipment with batteries.

Countries where recipient must have their own customs broker for customs clearance: Armenia, El Salvador, Serbia

Countries where recipient must provide their own personal tax id: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile

Customs: SwagUp has no control over customs, customs delays, customs inspections, or customs requests. We will do everything in our power to assist with any customs issues or delays, however the assistance we can offer will vary by country and issue. Please note that SwagUp is not responsible for any customs related issues, delays, or costs associated with shipments being held.

International swag packs cannot contain any items that violate international shipment policies.

COUNTRIES THAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO VIA SWAGUP PLATFORM

The following countries do not accept DDP incoterms (how SwagUp ships all packages), and instead, they require the consignee (recipient) to clear customs and pay duties and taxes on their own, which removes SwagUp from the shipping process once the package leaves the warehouse. These shipments are therefore exempt from any SwagUp Shipping Protection, and all costs must be covered by the consignee (the person the package is shipped to). SwagUp is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage for these specific shipments.
