1. Why am I getting an “Order creation failed” update when I select a pack and try to proceed?
When you see this alert, it means that the item or an item in the pack selected is inactive and unavailable to order.
2. Can I request changes to a pack or item from the Products tab?
This version of the Products tab is a catalog of your company’s previously designed items. For all the items in a status other than “mockup pending,” you will not be able to make change requests. Instead, you can click “Design Products” to be taken to our catalog to start a new design.
