1. Why am I getting an “Order creation failed” update when I select a pack and try to proceed?
When you see this alert, it means that the item or an item in the pack selected is inactive and unavailable to order, as it is either out of stock or discontinued.
2. Can I request changes to a pack or item from the Products tab?
Yes! For all the items in a status other than “ready to order,” you will be able to make change requests. Once the item is in the status "ready to order", a new item will need to be created to make additional changes, as this status indicates the mockup/design process is finalized for that specific item request.
3. What does the status on my mockups mean?
Mockup design- We are creating a product mockup based on your logo provided, and/or feedback. Designs will be ready shortly.
Mockup review- The mockup is ready for you to review, and request any additional changes if necessary
Proof design- This indicates you have approved the mockup, and our team is creating the proof file and decoration specifications.
Proof review- We require a final approval of the proof files and decoration details.
Ready to order- This indicates you approved the final proof and the item is ready to be ordered.
