Did you love your previous swag? Want to order more of the same thing to refresh your inventory?
If you have registered and signed into your SwagUp Platform you can easily follow the steps below to reorder any previous swag.
If you haven't set up your account previously or have issues logging in, please reach out to our customer care team using chat.
Step 1: Go to https://signin.swagup.com/ and login to your Dashboard
Step 2: Click on the Inventory tab & navigate to the product or pack you are interested in. On the icon of the specific item you can select "Re-order"
Step 3: The next screen will ask you to make your selection again by clicking on the check mark icon next to the wanted item. You can then also browse through all previous orders and add any other items to this new order. Simply click on the check mark for each additional item.
Step 4: If you add apparel, you'll be able to designate sizes and quantities on the next screen. Here you can also select standard or rush production.
Step 5: When ready, click "Review Order". You'll then need to select your Shipping and Storage Options. You can create shipments if you have addresses available or select to send to SwagUp Storage if they will be shipped at a later date.
Step 7: Click "Continue" and review one final time.
Step 8: Next you can add any shipping credits you would like to purchase at this time. If no credits are added, shipping will require another fee once inventory is ready to ship.
Step 9: Lastly, you can select your payment option.
Step 10: Click "Pay and Place Order". This will put your order into production and you will receive routine email status updates on its completion.
