Is Autoship a free feature?
Yes! Autoship is a free feature available with every Redeem Page and included as part of your SwagUp Dashboard account.
Do I need to already have swag inventory to launch an Autoship Redeem Page?
Yes! Autoship will not work if there is no swag inventory to associate with the redeem page.
One of two things happens depending on how you set up your Autoship Redeem Page:
If you selected Available Inventory, once a size or product runs out of inventory, it would no longer be an option for recipients to select.
If you selected No Limit when creating your Autoship Redeem Page, we'll continue to collect submissions after you run out of inventory. Shipments will need to be manually scheduled after you order more inventory.
We recommend choosing No Limit if you want to ensure no recipient is missed. This is because even if inventory is out, the redeem page will continue to collect recipient submissions. Instead, the entries will be flagged for your attention and you will be notified that there is no available inventory to send these recipients. Once you have more inventory, you can select the recipient(s) from the redeem page details, and ship them swag from your newly replenished inventory. This is true whether you are out of all swag inventory, or just specific sizes.
What happens if I run out of shipping credits for an Autoship Redeem Page?
No worries! Similar to running out of swag inventory, the redeem page will continue to collect recipient submissions.
Instead, the entries will be flagged for your attention and you will be notified that you are out of shipping credits and cannot autoship anymore swag to recipients. Once you have reloaded your shipping credits, you can select the recipient(s) from the redeem page details, and ship them swag from your inventory.
Tip: To avoid running out of shipping credits, we recommend setting aside the suggested amount recommended during the redeem page creation process, as this number is calculated based on the available swag inventory associated with the redeem page.

Do I need to allocate shipping credits for an Autoship Redeem Page?
Yes! The minimum shipping credit required for launching an Autoship Redeem Page is $100. During the Autoship Redeem Page creation process, we will automatically calculate and recommend the amount of shipping credits to allocate based on the swag inventory you have associated with the redeem page.
Do shipping credits automatically reload for an Autoship Redeem Page?
No, shipping credits do not currently automatically reload. If you would like a set-and-forget solution for your shipping credits, check out our TopUp swag program!
How soon does an Autoship Redeem Page shipment leave the warehouse?
During the Redeem Page creation process, you will be able to select between Standard and Express shipments for your Autoship Redeem Page.
Standard shipments will be scheduled to leave the warehouse in 2 business days. For example, if a recipient fills out the form on Monday, their swag shipment will be scheduled to ship on Wednesday. Standard shipping takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.
Express shipments will be scheduled to leave the warehouse the next business day. For example, if a recipient fills out the form on Monday, their swag shipment will be scheduled to ship on Tuesday. Express shipping takes between 1-3 business days to arrive.
As a reminder, weekends and holidays are excluded from business days. You can always check the status of a shipment by clicking on the tracking number associated with the shipment.
Can I convert a Collection Redeem Page to an Autoship Redeem Page later?
No. A Collection Redeem Page is different from an Autoship Redeem Page. If you first created a Collection Redeem Page and later decide you want to automate it, simply create a new Redeem Page with the Autoship option, and connect the associated inventory with the redeem page. Don’t worry, you get unlimited redeem pages as part of your SwagUp account!
You can also easily ship swag to recipients in a Collection Redeem Page.
Can I generate individual unique URLs with my Autoship Redeem Page?
No, individual unique URLs are not currently available - but they will be!
In the meantime, you can still share your Autoship Redeem Page’s unique link to make it easy for anyone around the world to access on their own time. To do this, visit the details of a Redeem Page, and click on the blue Share button in the top right. You will be able to click Copy Link to get a Redeem Page’s unique URL.
